In January at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, Green Motion has announced a collaboration with Eaton to provide customers with a combined electric vehicle charging and energy storage solution. The same month, Pininfarina SpA has announced a new partnership with the swiss EV charging pioneer to redefine aesthetic and user experience with a premium wall box designed by Pininfarina and engineered by Green Motion.
In July, Green Motion announced another game changing partnership with world-renowned general aviation aircraft producer Pipistrel to define the future of electric airplane charging.
More recently in October, Automobili Pininfarina has announced that Green Motion had been chosen to offer exclusive customizable chargers in partnership with Green Motion for its Battista Hypercar owners.
To drive these promising international developments and others to come, Green Motion has appointed an experienced manager, Dr. Thomas Ruhland, as Head of International Sales.
Dr. Thomas Ruhland studied mechanical engineering and holds a PhD in production technology.
He has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive, construction and energy business. Based on his proven track record in the fields of product and process engineering, production, market development and sales, he held management positions on executive and top management level in international companies as Arvin Meritor, Rittal and Zhongding Group.
Thomas will apply his knowledge and experience in the positioning and further development of Green Motion in international markets.
