The Support Technician will provide technical assistance to our customers and respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone or email. He/She will diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems while offering excellent customer support during after-sales procedures.
Product Owner
Reporting to our Head of Software Engineering, the Product Owner will be in charge of translating product vision and strategy into technical epics, features, stories and tasks. He will be organizing and prioritizing the backlog in close collaboration with the Products Managers and the Software Development Team.
Lead Software Architect
Within the software development team, the Lead Software Architect will define the electric vehicle charging infrastructure software strategy for Green Motion – Eaton offer. Reporting directly to the CTO, he/she will play a key role in the transformation of our software solution to a pure cloud-native application composed of multiple services, in order to deliver extensive features for our world-wide customer and bring our software solution to its next stage of evolution.
He/She will drive the development of the software solution and lead technical strategic decision to ensure the company solution remains at the forefront of the electric vehicle charging infrastructure industry. He/She will represent the technology vision of the software solution on management level.
Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator
The Digital Marketing & CRM Coordinator will establish and execute social media editorial calendar for two entities (Green Motion and evpass).
UAT Tester
Reporting to the COO, you will be in charge to implement the right UAT testing process for our software solution and hardware device. You will guarantee that your solution has been tested properly.
